75 Highboy - Rad Cradle, shroud and body mount kit?
1975 F250 Highboy, 4x4, 360, in-cab gas tank - I have owned this truck since 1983 - runs great, but is rusty and I am doing a restoration.
1) Rad Cradle:
Am trying to find a replacement radiator cradle... The opening in the cradle is 27.5", lower bolts are 32" apart, rad mounts with inner (engine side) flange, rad depth is 2 7/8".
Can anyone suggest where I can find one? LTC has something:
Truck Parts and Truck Accessories
but not sure if it will fit (the opening is 27.5, but I can't tell if the lower bolt spacing is the same)... Is the front frame spacing the same for a Hiboy as regular trucks?
2) Shroud:
Also looking for a new shroud - also seems to be a special animal. Can anyone tell me the OEM stamp on the shroud for the same make/model?
3) What is the best poly body mount kit to use?
Any advice on new or used parts appreciated...

Four available NOS, pick the type that's correct, I'll give you the sources.
2) Shroud: Also looking for a new shroud - also seems to be a special animal.

SC/R is higher than the other radiators, so its radiator support has a larger opening radius.
SC/R: 24 11/16" high x 26 1/4" wide / Specs: 1968/76 F100/350 360/390 / Top tank is HUGE, is wider and deeper than non SC/R's, overlaps the core.
NON SC/R: 19 3/4" high x 26 1/4" wide / Specs: 1968/76 F100/350 360/390.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
D3TZ-16138-B (replaced D3TZ-16138-C) .. Radiator Support ~ 28 1/2" between radiator mounting holes / Obsolete = 1 of each available NOS
D3TZ-16138-D .. Radiator Support ~ Two sets of radiator mounting holes / (1): 23" between centers / (2): 25 1/2" between centers / Obsolete = 2 available NOS
================================================== ================================================== =====================
SC/R also makes a difference with the fan shroud. There are two, one for the SC/R, one without / (sigh) LMC as usual, is clueless: With/without A/C makes NO difference!
BOTH shrouds are reproduced by Dennis Carpenter / The specs are listed in his 1967/79 truck repro parts catalog. Call 800-476-9653 or 704-786-8139 and order the puppy, it's free.
Located at the upper left (drivers) side corner of the shroud is the marked Ford ID (not part) number, it's molded into the fibreglass.
C7TZ-8146-B .. Fan Shroud ~ Use with SC/R / Marked: C7TA-H or D2TA-DA or D3TA-JA
Applications: 1967 F100/350 352 / 1968/76 F100/350 360/390.
------------------------------------------------------------
D3TZ-8146-C (replaced C8TZ-8146-K) .. Fan Shroud ~ Not used with SC/R / Marked: D3TA-8146-DA or D3TA-DA or C8TA-8146-S or C8TA-S
Applications: 1968/76 F100/350 360/390.

I did some more checking on my rad cradle - I have the super-cooled rad (about 25" high and 2.75" Deep).
The number stamped on my rad cradle is "16139AB".
NumberDummy - you said:

D3TZ-16138-D Radiator Support ~ Two sets of radiator mounting holes / (1): 23" between centers / (2): 25 1/2" between centers / Obsolete = 2 available NOS
Do you think the 16138-B will fit? What is the replacement part for 16139AB (1975 F250 4x4 highboy)?

Welcome to FTE Ken, talk about dig up a thread from way back..its all good. And from what I understand as far as NOS it is "New, Old Stock". So that means it is an OEM "Original Equipment Manufacture" part and that can mean it is going to be still stocked by a dealership.
Or some parts supplier got it and are going to ask way more than it cost originally.
Also as far as a core support, have you joined your FTE state chapter to maybe locate one locally or closer?

Parts prices for obsolete parts vary wildly from one source to another.
Some sources want the original MSRP, some want more $$ than the original MSRP, some will ask less than the original MSRP.
It all depends on how hard the original part is to find.
MSRP = Manufacturers Suggested Retail Price.
