Bought my 09 used from Tomball Ford in Tomball Tx. (Northwest Houston). Part of the deal was putting remote start on the truck, fixing some peeling chrome on the door handle, and a couple small issues. It has since been a month and they have only taken care of one thing. Everytime I ask about my truck I am told, "The mechanic is on vacation". Which honestly beats my initial response from my salesman which was, "I don't remember any of that being part of the deal". ABSOLUTE dishonesty!!!!!!!!

 

I recommend a different approach but we cannot and will not discuss them here.
