over heating with lean codes

I just bought my 'new' 96 4.9 4x4 xl a couple weeks ago. I knew it had a egr code, and secondary air code, air tube is broke, all other monitors were set. I only drive the truck about 15 miles a week and was driving fine the first 3 weeks I had it.
The other day coming home around 55-60 mph hit a bump and she stalled out. Started right up while coasting in neutral with no other issues. The next day it happened again and started to over heat. Now she has bank one and bank two lean code. As well as the other codes.
I only have a code reader and can't read the fuel trim or KAM info. Just need a nudge in the right direction to help figure out what's going on. I don't know why or if the new lean codes have to do with the over heating issue. No visual coolant leaks. And runs fine until I hit a bump while accelerating.
