My dad has a 87 F-150 with 4.9 I6. Truck has been missinng to the point of dying while idling. He replaced the IAC with a non-motorcraft aftermarket IAC. Symtoms are not as bad but still there. Mechanic told him to try to find a ford made (motorcraft) IAC valve. Problem is his old one is E6AE-9F715-C1B...only one we can find has a part number range of this...E6AE-9F715-CA,CB, E9AE-9F715-AA.

Will this work? ...any help would be great.
