I would contact Energy Suspension directly... either that or go with factory ford sway bar bushings, and use the end links from Energy (more costly I'm sure).

Good Luck!

Good luck finding the 27mm polys. Think of it this way - the originals lasted 10 years. New stock ones will last you....another 10 years. And, the stock ones are about $11 each. Soo, ask yourself how much your time is worth.

Have you called Energy yet? At least they can give you a yes or no answer.

Also, like Mike said, stock rubber bushings lasted 10 years, just food for thought. The sway bar bushings don't seem to take the abuse that other bushings do, i.e. end links, track bar, leaf springs. Good luck, post back with what you find, I'm sure this could help others in your same boat. If I get a chance today, I'll pick up the phone and help "pound some pavement" looking for these things.

Update: Just got off the phone with Energy Sus . and they were of great help! They gave me a part number and I went to Energy Sus parts .com and plugged in the number and I think we are in ? The price was really decent to. The only thing I could not confirm was the link eye size? But I think we are going to be ok. Here is a link to there page. Keep your fingers crossed! And again I thank all the Brothers!!!
