One Piece Driveshaft for an Extended Cab
I used to drive a Ranger before my F250 and people on forums always talked about swapping the two piece driveshaft for a one piece to get rid of a common vibration (center support bearing IIRC). My 250 has that vibration in the rear half of the truck. It's not transmission related. It has to be coming from the driveshaft (or possibly a bent axle but I highly doubt it). Is there an alternate one piece driveshaft that I can look around for at the junk yard that will bolt up to my truck to get rid of the center support bearing?

Anyways I don't see why you couldn't just have a custom driveshaft made for you. That's what I did on my truck. When I converted my 2wd to 4x4 I had a custom length driveshaft made for me.

try ballencing your drive shaft my just put the rear end in the air nothing under the wheels get some one to put it in drive and some one under the truck with a piece of chalk put the chalk close to the drive shaft at the end untill it touches the high spot if there is one if there is on put a hose clamp the screw type ones with the big part of the clamp 180 degrees from high spot
check front after the bearing , center , and the diff end of the shaft
its an old trick from an old ford tec
