Who's truck has had a recall problem like the circuit, airbag, anything, & the reason I'm asking this is so I can fix the problems manually, I know that this place has a recall list but I haven't had recall problems so I just want to be prepared when the time comes.

I did the recall for the clockspring in Spring of 2011. Is your airbag light on? If you call your local dealer they can run your VIN and let you know what recalls are open for your individual truck.

 

Best bet is to call the dealer with the VIN and they will tell which, if any, recalls have been done. I take it that from fixing the problem manually, you mean you are going to do the work yourself? I would let them handle the work if you need to have one of the recalls done. That way its free and its on them if something gets screwed up.

 

Nah Clint...let him replace that clockspring himself. Hopefully he'll video it and we can see him get punched in the face when the airbag suddenly deploys!!

You should see his thread in the Classic Truck forum where he said he bought 1955 Ford F-600 For $1500. A truck still for sale in North Dakota.

I guess some guys just can't tell the truth online.
