The only "not bad" codes are

11
111

Being a 1987, you should be getting Code 11 if everything passes.

Additionally, there are three sets of codes that need to be pulled:

KOEO
CM
KOER

CM = Continuous Memory - where it remembers about the previous n operating cycles.

Yes, I know you don't have a check-engine light, some other light on the dash will flash in its place.

I got the "11" code. All's well in KOEO mode. Having replaced one tank fuel pump and the main frame fuel pump and it driving fine for weeks after that and the fact I have usable fuel pressure I'm hard pressed to think it's fuel related. Although I'm not closed minded. At my age and my experience I've seen a lot of weird sheet. But, I'm betting it's electronic. Dang it. I need that pcm bench tested.

Thanks. I suppose that's cheap enough to try.

No. Not yet. I don't know what else to do but pull the pcm and have it bench tested. One person said I should try another dist module even tho mine tested ok. I guess they're a problem like that?
