Any one else had a similar issue ? Man am I pissed I had just saved the money for long tube headers !

Dammit !
Are you sure you just don't need a new clutch/throw out bearing? Or maybe a linkage problem or even something with the clutch master cylinder? I'd check these first.

you don't even need to pull the trans if you want to fix it.pull back the mat,and take the plate off the trans tunnel hump and you can remove the top of the trans where the issue is right there.it's a PITA getting the folks in/out,but it's not "hard" work.it's just kinda slow tedious work getting the things to line up and go in right.
it's not too costly or too hard of a job or anything.just didn't last anyway when i replaced it.
probably because i didn't research it.if you do,you may find another things or two that your suppose to fix at the same time i dunno.
it's not a difficult or costly job.any shade tree can figure it out.....probably.
pop the top cover and have a peek.see if it's something you can handle.most likely is.heck, might even be a write up of it on here someplace.

You guys are so helpful, love FTE it will hurt me to buy a dodge but I have a cummins build planned and no sence wasting the money to xfer it to a OBS even though I'd kill for that truck. Thanks burnout and F250

Hey cummins is a good engine. Not sure why everyone has to swap one into everything since they're not cheap anymore.
