hey everyone. Just bought 67 f600 today. VIN F60CRA84931. Got a great deal on it. 12' flat bed. Runs great! Just gotta pop one dent out of the hood. the doors close tight and everything works. Gonna put a plow on the front and a sander on the back. Make a great plow truck. I'd like to thank the NumberGenius for helpin me with my now 1976 F700 (ex 1980 ). great job

F60 = F600 (gas).

C = 330 2V Medium Duty FT engine.

R = San Jose CA Assembly Plant.

A84931 = 1967, assembled February 1967.

It looks the same, but looks can be deceiving.

1967 F100/750's have parts that are 1967 ONLY. Not the same as 1968/72.

For one thing, the doors are different! 1967: You push the inside door handles forward to lock the doors from the inside, 1968/72's have door lock **** s.

1967 only: Door shells, window regulators, door lock remote controls, inside window crank & door handles, door latches, vent frames/handles and armrests.

Same 1967/72: Weatherstrips, division bars, glass, door hinges, outside door handles, door lock cylinders (but not the rods).

No plow truck needed in LA LA Land since September 1949...the last time it snowed here! What's even more amazin' is, September is historically the hottest month of the year.
