Well, first things first. Make sure your MAF is clean with MAF cleaner. Check the fuel pressure. When you turn the key to the on position it should have around 40psi (some are 35psi and some are 45psi) It should take a second or two but no more than that. If it doesn't build pressure properly then its either the fuel filter is clogged or the fuel pump is bad. If it is the pump, replace both the filter and pump because at that mileage its due for a new filter anyway.

The sensor is in the left half of the air cleaner box (well it looks more like a big tube). When you split the air cleaner to replace the filter. Look at the piece on the left hand side. It will have a small hole with two thin wires running across it. Do not touch the wires. But that is what you spray to clean the Mass Air Flow sensor. Let it dry and reassemble. There is a slim chance thats your problem. But its an easy fix if it is. Make sure its MAF cleaner specifically. Let me know if you need any more help.

For that you might need someone with a little more experience in repairs. Do you have a fuel pressure tester? Usually places like Autozone rent tools like that. You need to find the return line for the fuel. I dont remember where that is on these trucks. But you hook the hose to the return fuel line and turn the key to the on position. Do not start the truck! You may have to have someone stand in front and monitor the gauge while you turn the key on. It should snap to between 35 and 45 psi. If it doesn't then its either the filter or the fuel pump. You can pull the filter off and inspect it. Its located under the truck, on the drivers side toward the back axle. It should be silver and about 3" in diameter. There might be nylon clips holding the fuel lines on or high pressure hose clamps that require a screw driver to loosen them. The nylon clips are just pry out style. Look for debris and dirt in a clogged filter. Let me know what you find.
