Gas

I am getting rid of a 1991 e-350 is th a way to get the gas out of the tank hose siphon wont fit down the neck

Getting rid of like scrapping or selling? If you're scrapping it just pubcture the tank. If you're selling it, disconnect a fuel line and let the pump push it out

you can disconnect the fuel line at the filter and have someone turn on the key without starting hte motor, make sure you have on safety glases and a large enough funnel to catch it all, there wil lliekly be alot of pressure so be careful.
