My homemade vacuum leak detector
All,
I've been trying to locate a leak in my vacuum lines that have been causing my AC to default to defrost.
After replacing the check valve and not being able to locate a leak.
I modified an idea I saw on YouTube
DIY Evap Smoke Machine (Cheap) - YouTube
Based on this I came up with
this which I plan on trying out tomorrow.
Cost
Fogger & Liquid = 30.00
Fish pump = 13.00
Container = 2.00
Rack to keep fish pump off ice = 1.00
PVC 2x 1 1/4 PVC = 1.20
SuperGlue = 3.00
