Parts yards

Anyone know of any parts yards where you can actually find superduty parts? There are a few pull a part yards here but they cater to old import vehicles. I would be willing to go as far as SFV and north LA areas for reliable parts yards.

Super Duty trucks don't normally make it to our yards. They generally get parted out before they get to us. (I work for Ecology.)

Give Marty a call at Southern California Truck Wrecking, 8229 S. Alameda St. in LA (323-587-3144). Located 2 blocks north of the old Firestone Tire plant at Alameda & Firestone.

Tell him "Packard Bill" gave you the info. This is a HUGE truck dismantlers yard, owned by the same family, in business since 1929. You will find much more than just Super Duty parts.

I've been hittin' this yard since 1967, was formerly one of my wholesale accounts. Have taken FTE members garbz2 (Dave), gangstakr, camperspecial65 there. None own a Stupor Duty.

Dave bought a pair of used minty 1968/72 Crew Cab rear doors, 3 "NOS" front valance panels for 1961/66 F100/250 4WD's. 350 buckaroo's for all of it!

Over the past 45 years, I've spent over 300 grand at this yard, tripled (and more!) my investment when I sold the parts in Hemmings, local swap meets.

btw: Closed weekends, but Marty will open up on a Sunday IF the SoCal Chapter is interested in having a GTG there.
