power to manual window conversion

Just trying to figure out if this is the route i wanted to take. i've done a search and read up on the threads regarding this subject, i probably will try to rebuild the motors on the windows for my '89 4 door f350 4x4. but just in case that doesn't work out, i'm wondering if i can take a manual window regulator plus the interior panel off of any f series truck or does it have to be from a 4 door f350? i understand that some parts of the panels might not match up with the dash if they're from a different generation truck.

thanks!

all you really have to do is drill a hole for the hand crank and leave the switches there till you find manual door panels.

as for the regulators, remove the power ones and replace with manual ones.

I think the easiest way would be to find manual doors at the boneyard.

Not trying to hijack, but can the same be said for the reverse? I have 94 XL with manual windows. Is there existing wiring in the door of my XL manual window doors? Can I get the motors, regulators and swithes from XLT door and plug n play?

The wiring for pw is not there on manual window trucks so it is not plug n play.
