Smile Anyone using Fuelly?

I've been signed up for around a year now, and it's a great little tracking site for mileage. I have the app on my phone, and it's really easy to use.

BTW, my last mileage was 15.5 city, up from an average of around 12.

Have a spreadsheet on the computer. I remember the last few tanks, as well as high and low in my head.

Guess I'm old fashioned

I calculate in my mileage in my head most of the time. The most mileage I got out of a vehicle was 40 MPG with my 2000 Honda Civic before it got totaled a few weeks ago...

I don't even try to track MPG any longer. Too depressing with the numbers being lowered by adding the alcohol to gas.

My best ever, was 42 MPG. 1980 VW Dasher wagon, 1.5L 4 speed. Kinda wish it had a turbo on that diesel, and a 5 speed trans......

I do the math in my head, realize it is around 12-13mpg, and move on.

I never even thought to look into apps to track mileage. So far I've just used the trip meters in my truck and Cavalier.

For the record though, I can get 30 miles on $10 in my truck or about 150 on a full tank...on $40 I can fill the Cavalier full and get almost 370 miles on a single tank.

I just started using Fuelly after seeing it in someones signature on FTE.....shoot me a message over there "Maverick1701". I also track my work truck so I can show the brass about how much fuel we really use.

I used to do it the old way w/a small notepad but am going to give this a try
