Fuel Injector O-Rings

I developed leaks in the #1 and #2 injectors at different times over the last week. When I pulled the rail up I noticed thatn there was no o-ring on the inlet or rail side of the injector. The o-rings are up inside the rail like the injectors seat against them to seal. When I replaced the o-ring on #2 I just slipped it over the inj. neck and it looked like a natural fit there and sealed up. Looking at injectors online they all come with 2 o-rings but mine only have the one on the maifold side. Is this correct for a 2000 Cali V-10? The second leak was on the manifold side and was a no brianer fix but I intend to replace all o-rings this wek. It's a little scary when they let go and can smell raw gas under the hood while moving.

They should all have two o rings . O ring kits come with two per injector.

I could smell raw gas in the cab. The upper ring on #2 was leaking pretty good and a few days later the lower ring on #1 let go and looked like sprinkler head. That one was pretty scary since it was ALOT of gas under the hood. I just loosend the 2 rear bolts holding down the rail and removed the front bolts on the front and tipped the rail up enough to pull the injectors out. Took about 15 minutes each including letting it cool down for about 5 mins.
