Lol, That was a great start to my morning!

 

Damnit, I must watch them now. haha.

 

So it is not the pump found that the plug on the Hpop reservior was replaced with a bolt so it is blocking the IPR release hole. im guessing thats why it is blowing. but i can find a new Reservior!! anyone have an idea i called Ford they dont have any and neither does my local junk yards. looked up on the internet and still no luck!

 

Just replace the bolt with a shorter plug from the hardware store

 

If you want the factory plug send me a pm with you address and I'll mail you one Wed. when I get home

 

Hah! If that fixes the issue I will be dumbfounded. Of all the things that it could have been....

 

it looks like from someone running that longer bolt it cracked the case. so i believe i need to replaced. just cant seem to find a replacement.

 

I have one for a superduty but I'm not sure it it will work on your truck. If you call and talk to Joey at terminator engineering and he says it will work then you can have it

Truck is finally fixed!!!!!! it was the bolt that someone put in the Hpop Reservior that was block the IPR passage... Thanks so much for the help!!!!

 

Glad to hear that, did you change only the bolt or the reservoir too? If so, it was cracked ?
