it uses the ignition key to open it, so i would guess you need to go to your local dealers parts counter.
otherwise go to a junkyard and get the lock and the key to open it

Mine has seized up on me about 3 times. I recently was able to pull it off after putting some penetrating oil on it and then some pliers to wiggle it free. Once I got it out I took the keeper off (looks like a C) and sanded down the cylinder. I don't have any but next time I'm out I'm going to get some rustoleum to coat the exposed surfaces to help fight the corrosion. Not sure how long that will work but it's gotta be cheaper and easier than finding a new one and matching it up to your ignition key.

Good luck.

I have found that if you clean it in fall and spring it works well by that I mean
remove and clean it with wd 40 dry it put in bumper and coat it under bumper with derilect grease coat the back of the Key lock till all is covered.
It will stay on this keeps the water out of it.
I also drop and clean spare tire and clean the fuel mod. on the x member under spare.
5 winters now and all working Ok.
