Turn signal switch questions
On my '63 F-100 2wd, the turn signal switch seems worn. I don't feel any indent when I flip it either way, I have to just guess where the center is.
Does this sound like a full switch replacement is in order? Or can I easily get inside the column and check it out? I need to troubleshoot the horn anyway and I've pretty much ruled out everything there outside the column.
Also, is this turn signal switch supposed to self-cancel? It doesn't...
Thanks,
Phil

The TSS switch is self cancelling.
C3TZ-13341-B .. TSS / Obsolete / 1963/64 F100/250 2WD / The last time I looked, there were only TWO available NOS.
The horn brush and insulator (C2OZ-13A821-A kit) fits into a hole on the outside of the steering wheel below the horn button or horn ring.
The brush has a thin copper wire that is notorious for snapping. Carpenter and etc repro parts sellers have this kit. Also available NOS from Ford Dealers/oibsolete parts vendors.
