I have a 2001 F250 Superduty. What years are interchangeable with mine as far as body parts? I need a tailgate and I found one from an 03. I believe it will be gtg but figured I would ask.
Also, what years for the doors and bed?

1999-2007 ford super duties pretty much have all interchangeable body parts.

Exact Match
99-07 Superduty
97-03 F150
98 F250

You can also use a tailgate from a 2008+ Superduty. It will fit perfect (with the addition of a $20 part) and is an updated look.

 

What is the $20 part? I saw one for an 08 for 150. I wonder how that will look on my older truck.

 

It's a hinge for the tortsion assist bar in the tailgate.

I don't think the 08 150 tailgates will fit. Only the 250+

Sorta. You can buy a trimmed grille, or do it youself, but the 2005-2007 are slightly bigger.

 

You can also swap head lights from a 05-07 with some work to the header panel. There are a few threads about the different swaps
