New rims installed with pics
#46
JUST got finished. 93 Degrees in the shade... and I wasn't in the shade!
Not a difficult job by any means... but it is tiring. Of course lifting those earthmover tires and torque settings of 165lbs on the lugs... By the 4th tire one is starting to get TIRED!
But they are on... will do a test drive here after a good shower.
Do you happen to have a closeup picture of the HD center caps? The original caps on the back are no issue but the front caps are really too "deep". The locking hubs disappear. The caps on my 2008 F250 would be about right for depth.
Also did you correct your speedo ? I assume it is adjusted through the OBDII port?
THANKS a bunch for posting this thread. I had hoped retire in about 6 years but apparently I will have to go twice that to recover what this little sojourn cost me!

If I need to access the hubs ill just pop off the covers.
My speed was only off 1 to 2 mpg at 70 so not worth messing with.
