Talking New rims installed with pics

The guy in the brown truck just brought me these:

The rims are 2010 F350 Harley 20" rims. The tires are brand new BFG Rugged Terrain T/A 275/65/r20 Load E. The Spare is a used Good year same size. Also but not shown are 2" wheel spacers from wheeladapters.com, The 2010 HD center caps, Lugs and wheel locks. Now for the good stuff:

Before:

2" hub centric spacer and my Centramatic Wheel Balancers (works great!!)

Front Complete rear stock:

Spare tire in its home:

Completed:

I have no rubbing anywhere (I think if I had the 00-04 front bumber on it would rub the lower part of the bumper but not sure), There is no lift other then what was gained by doing the spwing swap. The tires ride great at 60psi. They have a very small about of moan on the road at interstate speed but not bad at all. The X reads about 1-2 MPH slow at 65+.

What was your total increase in height with both the spring swap and 20 inch wheels? Also can you post a pic of your Avic head unit installed. Thanks. Your X looks perfect!

Right at 4.5 inches but that was with brand new springs and tires. I'll get a pic of the head unit this weekend and post it.

Welcome to the OEM 20's club! That combo looks perfect on your X.

I'm running a similar setup and have been very happy with it.

What shocks are you using, and how heavy a trailer do you pull? I am using Monroe reflex shocks and with my 8k camper in tow the front needs more dampening imo, but its fine when not pulling.

you suck!!!

just kidding. I love the HD wheels. I've been trying to grab a set of them for years. First for my 06 F-150, then 08 Expy, and now for my F-250. They are the best looking rims available IMO. I'd ditch my Forged Weld F1 Dakars for them in a heartbeat

btw, got any close-up pics of the 08+ style fender emblem?

How much did the spacers run you? I looked on the wheelspacers site and didn't see anything that fit the Excursion.

What are the "wheel balancers" you spoke of?

the spacers that are for a 99-04 F-250/350 are the ones you want for the Excursion

Centramatics wheel balancers. they're made really for big rigs, but the company offers them for smaller vehicles also. I've been reading 50/50 about them. Might grab a set when I go to 37" tires myself. It's hard to balance bigger rubber and these are supposed to help. They are essentially filled with a oil substance and BB's that spread out during rotation and balance out

The spacers were 640$ and I had the made to accept the 08 lung nuts so I could user the Harley lugs. I love the wheel balancers keeps the tires balanced all the time. The tires run cooler and last much longer.

Centramatic

What was the part number on the Centramatic Wheel Balancers?
I've scanned their site but don't see the application for an 03 X.
