Speedway also sells just the brackets and hardware if you really want to source the hubs bearings rotors and calipers yourself for 99.00. You'll still need a dual chamber disk/drum or disk/disk MC (and boster if you want power) and disk/drum proportioning valve.
I like Master Power Brake for brake parts and kits.

Try CCP or POL very reasonably priced.

Disk brakes need a higher volume of fluid hence the need to change the MC to one with a larger rez. for the disk circuit.
