Door locks

My 60 f100 didn't come with a key for the door locks, so I got new locks & ign cylinder. The passenger side is missing the lever that attaches to the latch. Does anyone know if I need to get a new latch, do they make the lever available seperately, or do I need to fabricate something?

Does anyone know if I need to get a new latch (No). Did they make the lever available separately (Yes).
As original, the lever was sold by itself, did not come with the latch. There is also a lever retaining spring.
