2002 F250 SD Lariat 2wd CrewCab SB V10 (195K) "Tune Up" Question

Hello everybody. I'm new here, but have been reading this forum for the past week, and am just so impressed with the knowledge and advise given here!!... I picked up a 2002 F250 SD Lariat 2wd CrewCab with SB V10 and 4.30 rear. (Has 195K on it, but still currently runs and looks for all practical purposes quite "newish") . Its clear that it was a very well maintained truck..although I dont have any maintainence records...So for this reason..I'd like to start with an all inclusive "Tune Up" so that I am starting out right....Basically mt questions are related to which brand and type of Parts/Fluids should I use? I found one service receipt in glove box which showed he used the 5W30 semi synthetic oil, so I will assume that its been running semi - synthetic and have already picked up the 6 Qts of Motocraft 5W/30 semi synth and a motorcraft filter (as per advice from what I've found on this forum).....I'd like some advise on the other parts/fluids I should change...That is: The trans fluid , differential fluid, brake fluid, coolant or any other fluids/components you think I should start out freash with........
Its been a week now that I've been driving it. Just normal to and from town (10 to 25 mile trips here and there) and so far I've heard and felt nothing to be concerned with. The engine is quiet and powerful, and believe it or not, I'm able to get 14+ mpg (with a light foot with this local driving!!) Havent had it out on the highway yet to do a 65-75 mph test, but I will and will post mpg's results .....
So again, I'm just curious about the tune up I should do, just to be on the safe side and start fresh since it does have 195K. It was mainly used to pull a horse trailor up and down the east coast and has a gooseneck/5th wheel hitch in the bed. Thanks so much for looking and I look forward to your replies.
