Thanks guys the advise is great. I'm pretty good at mechanical things except I am slow. Since I have a backup car I will probably work on it for a few hours each night after work so I don't blow a fuse when something goes wrong. I'm getting everything together for the project and will probably order a topside creeper before I start. Next I will try to get the instructions online. Thanks again I'm sure you will hear from me again once I start.
the most difficult part of the job for me was getting the turbo up pipes aligned when re-installing the turbo, remember that you need to make sure to keep it clean, i used a shop vac and propped it up in the valley so while i removed the stock oil cooler i could mop up all the oil, then use brake cleaner to get the residue off. and block the turbo oil drain tube so no gunk flows into the hpop.
