Placed my orders. Decided to pull the trigger and buy the t-500 HPOP.
Bob had just had someone return some up pipes and I was able to get those ordered also. Getting excited about the project.
Not so excited about the credit card bill.

When I put my uppipes on I took off the down pipe for the exhaust and it was easy then. When I decided to do that after getting the uppipes I then ordered my 4 inch exhaust from Clay also. Good luck with the install.

You will be fine on the installs. It really isn't that bad as long as you have a decent set of tools. Here is the breakdown of how to do it.

Remove the Fuel Bowl

Remove Spider, Turbo, and Pedestal

Replace the Up-Pipes

Replace the HPOP

The Up-pipes are actually not a hard item. They can be a little bit of a pain due to access, but if you have a helper to hold things and a decent supply of long extensions, you will find it fairly easy to install. Just DO NOT tighten them onto the manifolds until you get the turbo reinstalled and the collector clamped onto the turbo. You can leave the bolts loose and tighten them after the turbo is fully installed. Just follow the instructions above and you will find it should go smoothly.

Woodnthings.
Nice, Thanks for the links.
Im totally new to working on diesels but have been wrenching on N/A gas motors as I have needed to for years. Ive got a pretty decent collection of tools so I hope it wont be to difficult of a project.
Im pretty much doing everthing that was suggested by members that posted on my thread and know far more than me.
Blank Pedistal
GTP High Flow Outlet
Bellowed Up Pipes
T500 HPOP
HPX
Frx
All new intercooler boots and clamps
Plenium Inserts
CCV mod
Big Boost Air Filter
Fuel filter
Glow Plugs and checking valve train torqs
50 cent mod (still Looking for info on how to do this)

Im going to wait on the hutch and harpoon mod for now. I dont see a reason why it would be easier to do now and Im running out of funds and time.

Im still on the fence about installing Lpop M208.

Big boost air filter? Is that the 6637?

If funds are an issue you can gut and plug the pedistal and outlet yourself. just FYI

I got everthing done and did my first pull. About 12000lbs I would guess over two large passes. Truck did good. My EGTs are still concerning me but it sure makes alot more power at the same throttle position as before.
Did loose a water pump about 200 miles from home and was FORCED to have the stealership replace it for me.$780ouch and they didnt even empty and replace all the coolant.
