Bleed pressure out of the system using the schrader valve on the rail. Then disconnect the fuel lines using a disconnect tool. After that unbolt the rail from the intake and pull up. When you reassemble replace all the o-rings and lube them so they won't tear.

Petroleum jelly works good when you put them back together and be VERY careful when doing so. If you make even the tiniest nick in an o-ring fuel will spray all over the motor when you pressurize it.

You can find the disconnect tool at most auto part stores. I have the metal and plastic versions. Sometimes one works better than the other.

Funny how that works. I have both too. The plastic ones work great for the lines at the rail. But they don't work for crap at the lines on the pump.

They might be a pain to disconnect, so spray some lubricant around the fitting, where to rail connects to the line/ and let it sit for a few before removing the lines.
