help with fuel lines

does anyone know what tool I have to purchase to get the spring cuplar off of the fuel line?? and what is the correct way to let the pressure out of the fuel system? any help with any thing related to the fuel system would be greatly appreicated.

They are little plastic release tools that come in a 5 pack (different sizes) at autozone. They work on your fuel lines and the A/C connectors.
