My son and his buddy Matt working on the MII front end install and the 8" rear end install...They're freshmen.

Looks like fun! That might be the cleanest frame I've ever seen.

The frame is 61 years old! Blasted and powder coated last week.

Thats the right type of investement to make in a young person - He (They) will learn more useful skills in this endevor then the top 4 years of High School could ever teach them.
Oh - and the frame looks great

Good to keep mechanics in our kids' lives and helps with labor too. I had my Son involved in mechanics since he was very young, he's now a mechanical engineering major in his 4th year and will soon be making more than his old man! Nice project and shop too! Good Job!

Bravo, good sir! Teaching (making) a child learn mechanical tasks give them a valuable skill for life. I hated my father for making me grease the semi-truck fleet he owned but it taught me skills that have resulted in an honest living. Too many schools nowadays have moved away from shop classes to save costs. That leaves a bunch of students that know nothing about mechanical functions. Teach them to assemble a truck today so tomorrow they can build skyscrapers.... I wish you and yours the best.
