Vehicle Health Report not working
I haven't had any problems running and/or submitting a VHR in the past, using the same phone (iPhone 4) and the same phone number.
After letting the truck run for a few minutes (or even during a trip), I try to run a VHR. It starts off with the voice telling me that it is initiating the VHR, but then a few seconds later it replies "The Vehicle Health Report could not be submitted at this time". I also noticed that no attempt is made with my cell phone to dial the '888' phone number that it usually calls to send the report. I've been trying this with the same results for the past few days now.
It is the same phone and phone # I had when purchasing the truck. I contacted the techs from SYNC and they had me make sure my phone # was set as 'Active' on my 'syncmyride.com' account (which it was) and I even tried a second phone (Blackberry). I tried a 'Master Reset' on the Nav system, and it still didn't work. They asked if I had 'Call Blocking' on my phone, and the answer is no.
After 2 hours of being on the phone with the techs, the final answer from them was to just taking my truck to a dealer for them to inspect my truck.
Has anyone else experienced such problems with running a VHR? If so, how did you get it resolved....or did you?

I thought I was the only one, I just haven't taken the time to post about it. I just thought it was my stupid Nextel Blackberry. I never event thought about the Lockpick although it has worked with the LP for well over a year now.
I probably should pull the LP and update it anyway. Maybe this weekend I will pull it out and see if I can run a health report without it.
