may have... little grumpy still because shes got air in the oil rail again... so will see when I take her out tomorrow... revs faster now and made a sooty mess of the side of the house when I was revving her there lol... if she doesn't miss tomorrow when she gets warm warm I might just load the performance tune and see how she does...

well i changed 7 glow plugs..didnt break either harness, reused the newer one. #4 plug i broke loose like normal, went to unthread it and it just kept unthreading...i got to a point where i said "its definitely past the threads...this isnt right" and it wouldnt go anymore. so i just threaded it back in and tightened it and left it alone. it wasn't one of the bad ones so whatever..

then i was with my friend in his 2015 6.7 and all the sudden every alert on the dash starts going off...low fuel pressure, low oil pressure, trailer brake module fault, advancetrak failed, service 4x4...would clunk really hard taking off in drive/reverse, gauge cluster kept turning off and reseting, interior lights would flash, kept saying place in park and on the way home the brakes locked up driving down the road...what a nightmare

Atleast it told you what was going on...

My neighbor was taking his wife to the airport in his 2008 F250. They got within a few miles of the airport, lights slowly lit up on the dash and the truck eventually politely asked him to stop when safe. When he did so, the truck shut off and wouldn't restart. To add insult to injury, they were on a very questionable side of town and almost got robbed until the cops just happened to pass by them and saw what was about to happen.

Gotta love that new truck smell....

none of that stuff was wrong though...the truck was running and driving just fine (once you got past clunk from idle) and would restart fine. just some ridiculous electrical glitch

On your stuck in place plug. I found that when they like to stay in the
hole a magnetic pickup tool will help get them moving. 2 or 4 on my
passenger side had to be removed that way.

I had to end up heating and bending the tabs a bit to get them to latch all the way around. I guess they've been riding around like that for 6 or 8 months and just decided to come loose. I bet they don't come loose again--LOL.

Safe lite repair, Safelite replace. Got an appointment for a new windshield tomorrow. Went with tint and the dot pattern to cover the rear view mirror mount but skipped the SUPER DUTY logo, not sure it would have looked right on a KR truck. I've read some trucks can have water leaks on the bottom of the glass, hopefully the installer guy knows his stuff but any special pointers I should Let him know about?

I have them and think they're a must. I think I found them on ebay or amazon. The rear used factory screws and the front I think I had to drill one or two holes.

Just my $.02 but avoid WPE Tunes. I have tried to get revisions on the tunes I ordered and I get the runaround.

So much for that.

Just counting down the days until the 2017 is here............

If you're talking about the new Superduties I'm with yah. I can't wait to get one in 2022. I figure aftet 5 years old I can justify spending the used price.
Like me you probably seen some of the videos on YouTube. They are making some good advances for the towing world.
