35's too big

I'm looking at buying a 90 Bronco, 4 in susp. lift, with 35x12.5 tires. Problem is that's a bit too big for me, plus it rubs in tight turns. Would going down to 33x10.5 look odd with this lift? If anyone has pics of big Bronco's with a similar lift but smaller tires, that would be great.

If you put 33 by 10.5s it would look a little funny because the tires are very skinny. Looks better with 33 by 12.5's.

go with the 33X12.5's you'll love it. they are a match for the 4" lift. for your current app you actually need to add a 2" body lift and the tires won't rub the 35's.

If the truck is too big for you now keep in mind that going from a 35 to a 33 will only lower the truck by 1".

Talking 35's too big

33 x 12.50's with a 4" lift is a classic look. As was already mentioned, going from 35's to 33's is not going to make your truck any smaller. IF you go with 10.5" wide tires, you won't have your tight steering issue but it will look funny. I think you should keep the 35's and just wear platform heels so you can get in better.

10.5" wide tires don't look THAT skinny. Check out the pics in my gallery. I run 33"x10.5" with a 3" body lift. Obviously it is not the same as a suspension lift, but it will give you the same idea of what the 33"x10.5" look like. Plus if you live anywhere that it snows, having those 12.5" wide tires will not help you.

What are they rubbing on? Changing to 33's might not do a bit of good if you stay with 12.5. If they are hitting the radius arms then you need to adjust the steering stops or go with a skinnier tire or different backspacing. Not necessarily shorter tires.
