Smile gen problems

hi all new to the forum , I have a problem with my excursion and i think my post went to f150 thread so sorry about that, anyway here is the problem, the other day I started the truck in the usual way this time there was a random clunk sporadic and when it happened the radio blanked off now no audio, the starter solenoid was kicking out the starter when the engine was running, I replaced the starter solenoid and the starter switch module but still does it. is there another switch connected to the lock set that can wear?if I pull the key out then insert it and turn the switch just a hair, the radio will work but go past and it will lose audio and give me static. will the gem control the ign side of the key?I inspected the fuse box and found corrosion but beleve the gem is not working 100% I dont have power locks that work or runningboard lights that work. am I on the right track to replace the fuse box and the gem?will this fix the starter solenoid?sorry im long winded bad habit, any thoughts?

ok pulled the fuse panel and gem, the gem had no visible corrosion but the problem was the starter kicking out random when it was running, there is corrosion on the terminals will start with that might be enough to make the circuit jump to look for ground and jumped onto the ign key circuit and activated the energizing wire for the starter, if I remove the wire after it starts its no problem until I need to start it again.what is attached to the ign tumbler that puts power to the stater module?also found 1 bent pin not even in a connection, thats what happens when someone learns on your rig. serves me right.
