Where can I buy a speedometer drive gear?

My truck needs a new speedometer drive gear for the inside of the bw1345 transfer case. I spent weeks in contact with Ford dealerships to find the part number and get it ordered. Ordered it from a different state and had it shipped here, but it's the wrong part.

I can't find it anywhere online.

Any ideas? Do I have to go back to Ford?

The gear I ordered in from Montana is for a 205. It's a 6 tooth. Want to buy it? By the time I return it and pay for shipping I won't get much out of it.

Transmission center says out of stock with a price tag of $70.

LMC Truck only lists driven gears that I can find.

Looks like I'll be going to the junkyard again.

Thanks guys

I need to figure out which i need again, that is a very helpful site. In the end going to be running 3.73 w/ 37-40" tires not sure just yet so i dont suppose it matters, i did figure at one point i think that 3.08 speedo gear would make me accurate with 3.55s and 35s

Somewhere I've got a little script i wrote to calculate speedometer gearing and the read error from your axle ratio and tire size.

I'll see if i can find it for you.

The speedo should do 1000 revs per mile

Heres the number for the 7 tooth gear for a 1345

Here is the gear
