I have a 2011 F250 and have put a 8" lift with 37s. I am trying to find a good solution to carrying a spare tire. Has anyone come across anything that looks good that 1. Will lock the wheel down so it wont get stolen. 2. Can be easily removed if its in the bed and I need the room. I have looked around but haven't seen much. Thanks for any help

Great solution for any lifted/off road truck.. Plus it looks pretty badass and is functional.. Hope it helps.

 

Best bet is to just get a removable/folding tonneau covers that locks. An oversized spare tires is going to take up room in the bed, so might as well just put a cover on to hold it and any other goodies you may have. If you need the full bed, just remove the cover and the tire.

 

I had not thought about that. Any suggestions on any good covers that are theft resistant?
