CAI- only thing you'll see there is a different sound, the factory intake is plenty( I have an eBay CAI lovd the sound but no performance gains)
Egr delete- it has been said that if the egr is workin properly then it helps MPG and removing it won't change performance it would raise the operating temperature.
10w40 oil- depends on. Where you live. If its a cold environment
it's too thick and you'll have problems when the temp drops.
Other suggestions.-
Remove the air pump system. Use idler pully in its place By removing the pump it's one less thing for the motor to turn hence freeing up a bit of power
E-fan - remove the stock clutch fan and install electric fans. The fan draws alot of power when it kicks in so removing that will free up more Hp

The air pump introduces air into the exhaust stream to help burn off any unburnt fuel. On some vehicles it supplies the catalyst with the oxygen it needs to function.
First do all your maintenance work. Fluids, filters, ignition components. Then go with a free flowing exhaust and headers. Finally a SD friendly cam will net you some gains. Rear end ratio and tire size play a huge role in "seat of the pants" feel.
