1 gen lighting questions

im looking at trading my 96 cobra for a 1gen lighting. been searching the we for info. some questions i still have are.
questions
-witch are mass air?
-are they all hydlic roller motors?
-one that im looking at has a supercharger, its a 95, is that a problem with the hypernectic pistons(sp)?
any other differenaces they had from 1993-1995 will help also
also what are good prices to pay from dealer and private party, i looked at kbb and got a idea but what is there market like'?

All of the Lightnings of this era were speed density from the factory.

They all had flat tappet cams from the factory, however, the F4TE blocks started showing up in mid 93 models which will allow you do use Ford roller hardware if you decide to do a roller cam swap.

Hypereurtectic pistons are plenty strong, they just don't tolerate pre-detonation at all. As long as the tune is dialed in then there shouldn't be a problem.

It's hard to say what a good price is on something like what you're looking at. Mileage, condition and other supporting parts will play a factor on the sale price.
