Ford 999 Report

Does anyone here know if Ford still provides this report for free anymore? Years back I had ordered them for my 95-97 F250-350's (5 of them) and for my 3 Mustangs. Tried to find the info online today but it seems as if they've smartened up and are now charging for it.
They also don't call it a "999" anymore, but it is a "Basic Vehicle Report"
Any other info on this? TIA
Roger
