I bought my 1992 5.8L F250 in California, then moved to Denver. What things might I consider changing or improving on this truck so that it will operate best in the higher altitude, if any? thanks.
A 92 should compensate for the elevation change automatically-no changes required.
It will never run as strong at high elevation as it does at sea level.
Additionally, the computer can be tuned. You have an SD system and have a few options. To get even more tuning and performance options you would need to change to MASS Air.
