1987 6.9L power steering pulley
Mine is kind of mangled; belt won't stay on. I think it must be the pulley--replaced the PS pump itself. Is there any source for a new pulley, or is road tested parts time?
Getting tired of replacing the belt. Last time, got at least 100mile before it came off. First rolls over, then comes off. Then fan cuts it in two.
Thanks, and Happy New Year.

Are you putting it tight enough on it?
Or is there visible damage to the pulley?
And I don't think they sell these anymore, you'll have to search around in scrap yards.
And theres 2 models, 1 non A/C witch has 2 grooves for 2 belts, and the A/C one witch is 1 belt only.
You can still use a A/C 1 only belt on a non A/C truck though, you'll have 1 belt running everything, instead of 2 belts going to the P/S pump like I did on my 7.3
