Anyone tune their 11 or 12 6.7?

Hey guys,

Wondering if anyone has tuned their new superduty diesels? Im interested to hear feedback on which tunes were used . Ive heard H&S and KEM have awsome tunes.

I also would be interested in hearing more about this. So far I am very happy with the performance of my engine and not seeing any value to add a tuner (for me personally). A completely different story when I had my 6.0.

There are 2 folks here that run the H&S system and they always post positive comments about them. I would be surprised if they don't chime in.

First, you will not find many tuning the 6.7 on this site........yet. Second, the H&S tunes run around hotter than a 2 year old Labrador in heat More so when the restrictions are removed. The power with DPF off is unreal! I don't race my truck or do pulls. I do like to off-road (wheel) though.

The KEM "Green" tunes are good from what I hear, however; the mileage increase is not the same (if any) as a DPF removal (the main reason why I tuned mine was for mileage. After I lifted her etc, the mileage dropped to 13 mpg at 70 mph, I get 16+ easy now). I bet if I had the stock wheels and tires with DPF off the mileage would be insane.

I have had mine tuned for a year now. H&S Black Maxx. The power is great! No issues for me.

Turn up the volume!
