How to make a step into my lifted F150

You know I have 5 " of lift on this truck....plus the 35" tires... it makes it a somewhat of a bear to get into......I was carrying my co-worker out to eat this week and he could't get in ......i know....people complain

Anyway...I once had made a hydraulic lift that attaches to the frame on my CJ5 w/10" of lift.....it was a simple cingular hydraulic unit that descended with the lift and retracted when you let the foot off. Does anyone make such a unit now?
