Headlight lens defect?

Something going on with my headlight lens,...

I owned this truck almost 5 months... 2012 SD and this is first I've noticed this...Passenger side headlight lens looks like condensation is trapped in the lens, but it ain't condensation. When I rub the outside of the lens over some of these spots, it feels a little rough - almost like it's sanded. Some of the other defect areas feel very smooth. The other side is fine with no signs of defect.

Any Ideas - could it be trapped dust inside the lens??? it's only appearing along the top edge, maybe two inches down and the rest of the lens is clean.

Anybody

Have you been into a carwash? I had to replace both headlights on a 95 F250.
The bug remover had not been diluted correctly and caused the plastic to craze. It also damaged a bug guard I had on the truck.

I also agree that trying to take a photo of something like this is very hard to do.
