New truck
I posted about a week ago if I should trade my 6.0 for a new 6.7. Got my new truck the other day and all I can is WOW! The new 6.7 is so much more powerful than my 2007, much quieter. The whole design is great. The inside is set up great, message center is excellent, storage everywhere, nav is great. I was afraid I would miss my old truck but I fell in love with this after the first drive. If you haven't driven the 2012 6.7 you are missing out! Thanks to all who answered my post and told me how good the 6.7 was they were right.

Excgoalie, Since your new to the forum you probable haven't heard of the "New truck" posting rules. It's mandatory that you post a picture of your new truck! We need to see the outside and interior. If there is ANYTHING new in the 2012 that the 2011 did have available...we need to see that too! Sorry.....its just the rules!

Draggin' my 5er down the Interstate at 77 mph I get right at 8.8
Not sure about going slower, i can't make myself do it.
On the two-lanes going 68 mph, I can muster mid 9's. But, usually there are more hills and curves.
I towed the 5er 4400 miles this summer and averaged 8.8 from Northeast WY to Grand Jct, CO, then to Moab, UT and back to WY. Then to Rochester, MN and down to The Ozarks in Southwestern MO. Back to Rochester and then to WY.
WHEW! That was a long month on the road.
Here's a previous post regarding fuel mileage. Note the pic in post #11.
