Battery light
Battery light came on checked with the livewire and it was bouncing between 14 and 13v. Continued to drive the voltage dropped to 8 volts over 4 hours (with lights on) replaced the batteries the light went off for about 20miles and came back on kept my eye on it and it never dropped below 13 when I got back home lit it idle for a min and the light went back off. Had the alt. tested and was ok. I don't know we're to go from here.

I have noticed that battery light is pretty accurite if its on somethings wrong or going out
Your Alternator probably lost one of the Diodes
Best way to check it is pull it and bench test it maybe thats what you did IDK
make shure all the Battery cables are clean and make shure that you check the 2 main engine grounds one by the A/C pump connected to the engine block and the other by the power steering box on the frame. Look at the B+ connection at the back of the alternator if it looks like its been getting hot the grounds need to be cleaned and it probably overworked the Alternator
if you need a new alternator try these guys they have a great product

Mine has been great so far
good luck with it

do u have 2 alternators? if just 1, then i'd have the alternator load-tested again at another shop to get a 2nd opinion. if it aint the batteries, then it must be the alternator.
also, check ur wiring at ur alternator, at ur batteries. make sure u dont have the crud on ur batteries' posts. those can affect ur batteries.
dont worry. the guys will chime in.
