No WTS light No Start 99 7.3

Must be the Season, My 1999 F-350 same problem. I had it towed home Fuse 30 was blown and I replaced it, still did not start. This morning I went out it started, Pulled out the scanner, toss out a code that the memory was not stored but as I had the Batteries disconnected this was not a worry. It shut its self off and back to a No start condition I put the battery charger on it, just to top off the batteries. I have check all fuses again, Replaced the CPS Sensor, Ideas???? any help would be appreciated greatly, and would earn dinner drinks and a great cigar to anyone who could help me...

Is the WTS working properly now?
Try swapping the IDM relay with the A/C Blower relay. It is a quick way to check the IDM relay for fault. If it starts, and now blower acts up, you found your culprit.

No, the large black plug above the driver's side valve cover. It is known for chafing there.

Any update? Friend of mine had EXACT same thing happened, other morning, but with the removal/install of key, the "system" worked

I'll let'em know to inspect the wires at the 42-pinner, to rule that out.
