changing glow plugs, need help (early 99)

I am in the process of changing my glow plugs on an early 99. I need some torque specs. I had to loosen the rockers to remove the old plugs. I need the torque specs on the rocker bolts... there are two bolts per rocker. They are 8mm bolts. I was able to find that the plugs themselves are 14lbs and valve covers are 8lbs. Any help or advice towards reassembly is greatly appreciated!

The Rocker arm bolts are 20 ft-lbs. You might also tighten up the injector hold down bolts to 120 in-lbs. And dont' forget the .50cent mod since you are there and have the covers off.

Thanks guys! Hope I can lend some advice to you some day. I bought new valve cover gaskets with new harnesses and they are a different clip so I don't think that trick will work. I still appreciate it though!

FYI, you don't have to remove the rockers in order to remove the glowplugs (I know, too late with this news). All you need is a piece of reinforced tubing that slips over the shoulder of the glow plug after you break it loose with a deep socket.

Now that I read that I'm thinking about doing spark plugs on some of my old cars without a spark plug socket and I have a piece of tubing just for that in my tool box. Well I'm all ready to reinstall valve covers. I had 5 bad plugs and I did the fifty cent mod (the clips were identical to factory). My factory harness was hanging off about an eighth inch on passenger side so I wonder if that's why I occasionally have a rough idle?
