The rear main seal from the dealer, I sleeved the crank and then pressed the seal on. I looked like a twin lip to me. Came with a plastic tool to put it on, the seal, sleeve, etc.

Part number is F2TZ-6701-A $72

Sounds like the same style i got in my full gasket kit,i moved mine just slightly from where the old one was so it wasnt in the same groove
